The Mugello basically replaces the Super Rider leather jacket as Dainese’s ultimate offering in the sports riding segment. Important changes include a larger amount of S1 Bielastic fabric to further improve the freedom of movement. The new aluminium shoulder plates are now seamless and the titanium plates on the elbows are seamless as well. Next to these plates, you will find elbow sliders which are extremely easy to replace. For even more comfort, the Mugello has a large Tri-Axial elasticated insert on the back. The main chassis is constructed from D-Skin 2.0 full grain cowhide leather which is very durable and souple to offer great comfort. Of course the new Mugello jacket is very safe as well to accomodate sport riders who don’t want to compromise on anything: level 2 composite protectors on shoulders and elbows, the entire jacket is CE level 2 certified and you can equip the Mugello with a G1 or G2 back protector like the Pro-Armor, Manis or Wave. You will find a breathable Nanofeel liner with silver ion treatment, an aerodynamic hump on the back, 2 zippered air vents on the side and waist adjustment snap buttons on the side.
